Carlo Ancelotti hopes he can stay at Bayern Munich for a number of years and build a legacy at the club.
The Italian coach enjoyed an eight-year stint as boss of AC Milan but in each of his three previous appointments, Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid, he has left after two years.
Ancelotti’s Bayern contract runs until 2019 but he hopes to stick with the club for the long term.
“I would love to stay here longer than two years,” Ancelotti is quoted as saying by TZ.
“There are clubs that feel like a company and there are clubs that feel like a family. Bayern feels like a family.”
Bayern host Hertha Berlin on Wednesday and they are 1/7 to take all three points, or 5/1to win 3-0.
Ancelotti won the Champions League twice as Milan boss and once as Real manager. The Bavarian giants are 7/2 to win the Champions League this season, while German rivals Borussia Dortmund can be backed at 20/1.
