The Citizens made it through to the semi-finals of the competition last season, before being edged out 1-0 on aggregate by eventual winners Real Madrid.
Manchester City’s star striker Sergio Aguero says it would be a ‘dream come true’ if his side could go all the way and win the Champions League.
Winning the Champions League would mean everything to us. It would be a dream come true.

And Aguero, who has already scored two Champions League hat-tricks this season, sees no reason why the men from Manchester cannot repeat that performance and even do a little better and be crowned champions of Europe for the first time in their history.
He told the Daily Mirror: “The Champions League is our unfinished business, we all want to win it.
“In the past we didn’t do well, but last year was different and we must raise our game and give everything this year.
“It’s normal that Barcelona, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich are the favourites to reach the final, but there’s no reason why City cannot be there.
“Winning the Champions League would mean everything to us. It would be a dream come true.”
The next assignment for City in Group C is a trip to the Camp Nou to take on Barcelona, with the Catalans top of the pool after two wins out of two.
And the hosts should be boosted by the availability of Lionel Messi, who announced his return from a groin injury with a goal in the 4-0 La Liga win over Deportivo La Coruna
The Catalans are 17/2 to win 2-0 on home turf, while the Citizens are available at 15/2 to secure a 1-1 draw and 3/1 to eventually top Group C.
