Jurgen Klopp insists there is much more to come from his Liverpool side even though they are currently third in the Premier League table.
The Reds beat West Brom 2-1 on Saturday evening to move level on points with leaders Manchester City and second-placed Arsenal and are available at 10/3 to win the Premier League title outright this season.
Liverpool’s only defeat so far this term was the 2-0 loss to Burnley at Turf Moor in August, while they face Tottenham in the EFL Cup on Tuesday.
Klopp’s side are 13/8 to keep a clean sheet against Spurs, while James Milner is 10/3 to score at any time in the encounter.
Klopp said: “Nothing we’ve done so far has been close to 100 per cent. There are a lot of things for us to do better. If there weren’t things to improve we could go on holiday all week and then just meet on Saturdays.
“Swansea City first half was far away from rhythm. As I’ve said, it’s not like cycling. You can miss it. You need to stay in the race and concentrate, we need to get better.”
Jordan Henderson will miss Tuesday’s game as he is suspended while Klopp will recall goalkeeper Simon Mignolet in place of Loris Karius.
Former Burnley striker Danny Ings is expected to feature at some time in the EFL Cup clash and is 11/8 to score at any time.
