Novak Djokovic has revealed his desire and motivation dipped after landing the French Open but he wants to finish 2016 strongly.
The Serb landed the one major title that was missing from his collection in Paris earlier this year, but then suffered early exits at both Wimbledon and the Olympics in Rio.
The world number one did manage to reach the US Open final but he was downed in four sets by Stan Wawrinka.
Djokovic still has two Masters events to contest, in Shanghai and Paris, and the end of season World Tour Finals in London in November ahead of him and he is eager to get back to winning ways.
“To be honest I am looking forward to finding the freshness and peace of mind of enjoying sport and enjoying being on the tennis court,” said Djokovic, as reported by Sporting Life.
