Del Piero identified Dibala as a fully-fledged player. Juventus’ striker is ready to captain, the legend believes.

Alessandro del Piero is bombarded with superlatives for Juventus’ successor Paulo Dibala. Del Piero said the Argentine has grown a lot lately and is worthy of wearing the captain’s belt in the Italian hegemon squad.

Del Piero was impressed by Dibal’s reaction during the transfer saga that unfolded around him last summer. The striker was about to move to Manchester United but ended up staying at Allianz Arena.
