Bellerin missing for a month
Arsenal right-back Hector Bellerin faces several weeks out of action due to an ankle injury, but the Gunners hope to have Alexis Sanchez available this weekend. Spanish defender Bellerin was injured late on in the 1-1 draw with Tottenham the weekend before last and is set to be missing for around a month due to ligament damage, meaning that he definitely sits out the Old Trafford clash with Manchester United on Saturday.
Giroud calm over Arsenal future
Striker Olivier Giroud has played down reports that he may be tempted to leave Arsenal if he does not become a regular starter once again. The 30-year-old France international has yet to start a Premier League game this season, having been troubled by a toe injury earlier on in the campaign, with Chile international Alexis Sanchez the current first-choice pick of Gunners head coach Arsene Wenger.
