Our friends at Football Whispers round-up the latest transfer news from the European papers as Milan set their sights on Leonardo Bonucci and Barcelona move on from Arsenal’s Hector Bellerin.
Italy
Leonardo Bonucci has been linked with a shock transfer to AC Milan.
The former Manchester City and Chelsea transfer target is apparently open to the move after disagreements with Max Allegri last term. His agent has proposed the deal and Juventus value the centre-back at €50m (£44.1m), but Milan want to include Mattia De Sciglio in any deal. (Corriere dello Sport)
He has already agreed personal terms but Patrik Schick’s move from Sampdoria to Juventus has been thrown in doubt after the Serie A champions reported an issue over what they have found in his medical report. (Gazzetta dello Sport)
Torino have opened talks with Stoke City over the transfer of French midfielder Giannelli Imbula. A reported £18m deal would be a club record for the Turin side. The Potters are open to letting Imbula go after several disappointing displays last season. (Tuttosport)
Milan are still hopeful of signing Chelsea transfer target Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang for €60m (£53m) this summer. Offers from China have failed to interest the player or Dortmund and the Italian side believe they can make a deal happen. (Gazzetta dello Sport)
Inter Milan captain Mauro Icardi has given Ivan Perisic the green light to make his move to Manchester United. He said: “If you’re not happy here at Inter, it’s right to leave.” The Argentine believes the dream replacement would be Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez. (Gazzetta dello Sport)
Spain
After Jose Mourinho revealed he decided against signing James Rodriguez, it is reported Bayern Munich have agreed a buy option of €60m (£53m) to sign the Colombian after his two-year loan deal at the Bundesliga club. (Marca)
Pep Guardiola apparently feels betrayed and disappointed by the fact that Manchester City transfer target Dani Alves decided to join Paris Saint-Germain this summer. He will now move his attention to Spurs right-back Kyle Walker, although the £50m price tag could be an issue. (Marca)
Barcelona have seemingly moved on from Hector Bellerin and have sent a delegation to Portugal in order to seal a deal for rumoured Manchester United transfer target Nelson Semedo. Their first offer for the 23-year-old was €30m (£26.5m) and they are confident face-to-face negotiations can sort out an agreement. (Sport)
If they are unsuccessful, the Catalan giants will turn their attention to Monaco’s Djibril Sidibe, as he will cost a similar amount as Semedo. (Sport)
The club also have 21-year-old Sergi Palencia to call upon. The defender has come through the B team and could play as back up in the first-team. (Mundo Deportivo)
France
Lille have moved a step closer to completing a deal for former Liverpool transfer target Thiago Maia. The Brazilian midfielder has also been linked with AC Milan and Paris Saint-Germain but the northern club have agreed a fee of €15m (£13.2m) with Santos. (Le10Sport)
West Ham transfer target Yann Karamoh wants to join Fiorentina this summer. The Serie A club have already had a €3m (£2.65m) bid rejected, with Caen holding out for €10m (£8.8m). The player is out of contract in 2018 and doesn’t want to sign a new deal. But the Ligue 1 club don’t want him to leave on a free. (L’Equipe)
After selling Amine Harit to Schalke, Nantes and Claudio Ranieri are eyeing up replacements; one of which is rumoured to be Lorient youngster Matteo Guendouzi. The 18-year-old played just eight times last season and was linked with a move to Tottenham. After Les Merlus’ relegation to Ligue 2, he could be interested in staying in the top flight. (L’Equipe)
Germany
Brazilian defender Doria is a target for Bundesliga side Stuttgart. After winning promotion last season the club want to strengthen their back-line. The Marseille player is apparently open to a move. (Kicker)
