Former Manchester United wonderkid Federico Macheda has been offered to Palermo, according to tuttomercatoweb.com.
The Sicilian side are in the market for a free-agent striker and 25–year-old could fit the bill following his release from Cardiff this summer.
If completed, a return to his native Italy could present Macheda with the platform to try and replicate the form which saw him break into the Manchester United first-team in 2009.
