COSTA REJECTED PSG SWAP

Chelsea striker Diego Costa turned down the chance to move to PSG as part of a swap deal toward the end of the summer transfer window, according to France Football.

Chelsea re-signed David Luiz from PSG for £34m on transfer deadline day, but the French champions had proposed a swap deal which would have seen Costa head in the opposite direction.
The Blues were open to the idea, however, it was flatly rejected by Costa, who still retained faint hopes of returning to his former club Atletico Madrid.
